This policy explains what Bhuvo Technologies Pvt Ltd (“we”, “us”), trading as Bhuvo Design Studio, collects when you use hello@bhuvo.com or our website, why we collect it, and what control you have over it.
What we collect
| Name, email and phone number | to create your account, verify it by WhatsApp OTP, raise invoices and contact you about your work |
| Design briefs and uploaded images | to produce the designs you request; uploaded logos and photos are used only for your own designs |
| Social account access tokens | only if you connect an account for publishing, and only to publish on your behalf |
| Payment records | order id, amount, status and payment id returned by Razorpay |
What we never collect
- Card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs or net-banking credentials — these are entered on Razorpay's own checkout and never reach our servers
- Your social account passwords — connections use each platform's official OAuth flow, revocable by you at any time
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising. We use these processors to run the service:

We may also disclose information where required by law.
How long we keep it
Account details and design history are kept while your account is active. Payment records are kept for eight years, as Indian tax law requires. You can ask us to delete your account and designs at any time by writing to hello@bhuvo.com; we will action it within 30 days, except for records we are legally required to retain.
Your rights
- Ask what personal data we hold about you, and get a copy
- Have inaccurate details corrected
- Have your account and designs deleted (subject to the retention note above)
- Withdraw a social-account connection at any time, from our dashboard or from the platform itself
- Complain to us first at hello@bhuvo.com — we would rather fix it than have you escalate
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Sessions use signed, HTTP-only cookies. Access tokens and credentials are held in server-side configuration, never exposed to your browser. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell affected users promptly if we become aware of a breach involving their data.
Children
The service is intended for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy materially we will update the date below and, where the change affects you directly, tell you by email.
