These terms govern your use of Bhuvo Design Studio, operated by Bhuvo Technologies Pvt Ltd. By subscribing to a package you agree to them.
What we provide
Social media design and page management, at the volume stated in the package you buy — designed posts, captions, a content calendar, and where included, publishing and page management across the channels you connect. Exact deliverables are whatever is listed on the package you selected at the time of purchase.
What we need from you
- Accurate brief information, and reasonably prompt feedback — we cannot hold to turnaround times while waiting on approvals
- The right to use any logo, photograph or text you send us. You confirm you own it or are licensed to use it, and you remain responsible for that
- Access to the pages you want managed, granted through the platform's own partner tools
Revisions
Two rounds of revision on each post are included in every package. Further changes, or work beyond your package's volume, are billed as add-ons at the same per-post rate.
Ownership of designs
Once the invoice for a billing period is paid, you own the designs delivered in it outright, including source files. We keep the right to show work we have produced in our own portfolio and marketing, unless you ask us in writing not to — in which case we will not.
Billing
- Packages are billed monthly in advance, in Indian Rupees, through Razorpay
- Prices shown include GST where applicable
- There is no lock-in: cancel before your next billing date and you will not be charged again
- Cancellation and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy
Acceptable use
We will not produce content that is unlawful, misleading, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes someone else's rights — including designs making medical, financial or investment claims that cannot be substantiated. We may decline a brief on these grounds and, if that makes the service unworkable, end the engagement and refund any period not yet worked.
Limits of our liability
We provide the service with reasonable skill and care, but we do not guarantee any particular commercial result — reach, followers, enquiries or sales depend on factors outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
Ending the agreement
You may cancel at any time, effective from the end of your paid period. We may end the agreement with 30 days' notice, or immediately if these terms are seriously breached. On termination we will hand over the designs already paid for.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
